Harbourline Commercial Hub is a multi-tenant commercial building designed for flexibility, strong facade presence and efficient floor plates.

Project Story

Located along a high-visibility corridor, the project needed to attract tenants while remaining operationally efficient. We prioritised clear circulation, service planning and a facade that reads confidently by day and night.

Design Concept

A disciplined grid and vertical rhythm define the exterior. Inside, adaptable floor plates support office and retail configurations.
